Every Event Host is vetted by the RHESTless team to ensure each event delivers on its promise. We believe Hosts with a proven track record should have access to their sales proceeds as early as possible, so they can pour those funds back into delivering memorable experiences. That is why Verified Hosts can withdraw their sales proceeds weekly.

To protect Hosts and Guests alike, proceeds from tickets bought with the refund option at checkout are held until 48 hours before the event. If no refund has been requested by then, the proceeds are released to the Host. If a Guest does request a refund, it is processed within two banking days, and the ticket is cancelled and returned to the pool of available tickets.
